An Emirate man is being sued for a huge $12 million dollars for weakening to have sex with his wife and causing her mental suffering, a report said Wednesday, AFP reports.

The unrevealed woman told the court that her Emirate husband did not sleep with her in the first four months of their marriage in 2008 and presently she exposed that he suffered from erectile dysfunction, Gulf News said.

The newspaper quoted court records as saying that the woman supposed her husband unsuccessful to fulfil her needs. The case is awaiting before Dubai Courts.

"Considering the conservative Arab values, and the woman's situation in such a society, I remained silent and tried to adapt by praying to God that things would improve," she said.

The woman, whose nationality was unclear, claimed 45 million dirhams ($12.25 million, 8.24 million euro) in compensation. The husband required her out of her employment and nude her of her jewellery, she charged.
