An email shows that a D.C. police chief officer was unconscious that officers provided actor Charlie Sheen with a guide previous week.In the email sent to other division officials, obtained Monday by The Associated Press, Hilton Burton anxiety details about the escort given to Sheen on the way to his presentation at DAR Constitution Hall. Burton is chief of the department's individual Operations Division.Burton wrote that the Sheen happening is an example of why police should be careful about who is given escorts. He also anxiety to know how it was accepted.
