After rumors sparked last week, new speculation surrounding Prince William and Kate Middleton suggests the couple will soon be making a baby announcement.Kate’s parents, Carole and Michael, and sister Pippa recently paid a visit to the royal couple in Deeside, Scotland to perhaps help Will and Kate prepare the news.An insider told the Daily Record, “They were all here at the same time last year to discuss the wedding.
