Kate’s parents, Carole and Michael, and sister Pippa recently paid a visit to the royal couple in Deeside, Scotland to perhaps help Will and Kate prepare the news.
An insider told the Daily Record, “They were all here at the same time last year to discuss the wedding. Could it be this time that they were discussing another happy event?”

Amy Winehouse body taken away from her London home

After an intricate evaluation of the scene of death had been fulfilled, Amy Winehouse's body was removed from her home in Camden Town, London, UK on Saturday evening.

“Immortals” Stars Do Comic-Con 2011

Showing up to plug their forthcoming flick, the stars of “Immortals” were spotted at the 2011 San Diego Comic-Con today.

Henry Cavill, Stephen Dorff, Freida Pinto, Luke Evans, and Kellan Lutz all came out to the San Diego Convention Center for the question-and-answer panel, giving fans and press quite the thrill.

To kick things off, as the wonderful cast took the stage. Director Tarsem Singh as a joke said that "we don't have enough good-looking public up here."

During the conversations, Miss Pinto confessed that her preferred part of making the warrior flick was "watching the men," as she pointed out that "Immortals" is one of the few films where the guys are more scantily clad than the ladies.

Meanwhile, Mr Lutz dished that "The Little Mermaid" is his favorite film, as he explained that his love of the classic tale helped prep his for his role as Poseidon, the "king of the wetness."

As for the plotline, “Immortals” is a 3D epic tale following King Hyperion and Heraklion as they rampage across Greece in search of the long lost Bow of Epirus, which will make them bright to overthrow the Gods of Olympus.

The much-anticipated film is planned to hit theaters nationwide on November 11, 2011.

Kenyan Olympic marathon champion Samuel Wanjiru died late Sunday after jumping from the first-floor balcony of his home in the Rift Valley, police told Reuters.

Regional police chief Jaspher Ombati said Wanjiru, 24, appeared to have suffered internal injuries after the fall and was confirmed dead by doctors at a nearby hospital.

"I can confirm that Wanjiru is dead. It is not yet clear whether it was a suicide or if he jumped out of rage, or what caused him to fall to the ground," Ombati told reporters.

"He jumped from his first-floor balcony to the ground. He was bleeding from the nose and the mouth, and may have suffered internal injuries," the police chief added.

Video footage showed police looking at blood stains on the ground below the balcony of Wanjiru's house in Nyahururu, a town in the Rift Valley some 150 km (94 miles) northwest of the capital Nairobi.

"Wanjiru's death is not only a loss to his family and friends but to Kenya as a whole and the entire world athletics fraternity," Prime Minister Raila Odinga said in a statement.

"As an athletics nation, we looked forward to a sterling performance in the Olympic Games in London next year. Mr Wanjiru was one of our sure bets for gold in the upcoming contest. His death is therefore a big blow to our dreams," Odinga said.

LOVE TRIANGLE

Ombati said police were investigating a possible love triangle that could have been behind the death of Wanjiru, the first Kenyan to win Olympic marathon gold at Beijing in 2008 and a former winner of the Chicago and London marathons.

Ombati said Wanjiru's wife, Triza Njeri, had come home to find the runner in bed with another woman, locked the couple in the bedroom and ran outside.

Wanjiru then leapt from the balcony, the police chief said.

Police said Njeri and Wanjiru's female companion were assisting with the investigation.

Last December, Wanjiru was charged with threatening to kill Njeri and the illegal possession of an AK-47 assault rifle.

Njeri later withdrew her accusation of attempted murder against him in court, saying the couple had reconciled.

Wanjiru also suffered minor injuries from a car crash in January when he swerved to avoid an oncoming truck, hit a pot hole and rolled his vehicle.

The runner defied the heat of Beijing in 2008 to triumph in an Olympic record time of two hours, six minutes and 32 seconds at the games held in China.

Wanjiru moved to Japan in 2002 as a young man to attend high school after winning a cross country selection trial in Kenya.

Former Dior designer John Galliano will go on trial on June 22 on charges that he made racist insults, accusations that rocked the fashion world and cost him his coveted job.

Galliano's downfall began in February when he was detained in a drunken state and questioned about accusations that he hurled anti-Semitic insults at a couple in a Parisian cafe. The couple filed a legal complaint, and another woman then accused him of similar insults.

The Paris court announced the trial date Thursday. Prosecutors have said Galliano could face up to six months in prison and (EURO)22,500 ($31,000) in fines, if convicted of "public insults based on origin, religious affiliation, race or ethnicity."

Soon after the initial allegations, a video circulated online in which the designer praised Adolf Hitler.
